Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interacting with the customer for requirement gathering
- Will work with ServiceNow solution/Delivery team and explain the requirements
- Responsible for customer discussion and presentation of solution
- Responsible for global and local Servicenow ITSM/Asset management implementation and management
- Documentation of solution Pre and Post implementation documents including basic translation Proof read etc
- Will work with project manager
- Will work with multiple customers on a shared model based on the time availability
- Working with Customer 3rd party partners to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and 3rdparty systems
Requirements
- 10 Years of Experience in ServiceNow ITSM /Asset management
- ServiceNow implementation experience in Japan
- Good understanding about ITSM process Asset life cycle management Asset discovery etc
- Integration expertise with tools like MCEM UEM etc is desirable
- Business level BilIngual skill read Write and Speak
- Working in large ServiceNow projects in Japan

- Service Now ITSM
- ServieNow EAM
- ServiceNow HAM
- ServiceNow SAM
- ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
