Job Description
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI products that align with the companys overall objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new AIdriven products or features.
Define and prioritize AI product requirements based on customer needs market trends and business goals.
Collaborate with data scientists engineers and designers to translate product vision into technical requirements and actionable development tasks.
Oversee the endtoend product lifecycle including ideation development launch and postlaunch iterations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Present product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance identify areas for improvement and guide decisionmaking.
Monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction making adjustments as necessary to optimize the user experience.
Ensure that AI products comply with relevant regulations ethical standards and best practices in AI development.
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and changes in the regulatory landscape to guide product development.
Stay current with AI advancements and best practices and integrate them into product development processes.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Business or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
35 years of experience in product management preferably with a focus on AI machine learning or datadriven products.
Strong understanding of AI technologies data science and software development processes.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks data analytics tools and cloud platforms (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch AWS Google Cloud).
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts manage tradeoffs and evaluate new technologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a datadriven mindset.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business outcomes.
Experience with market analysis customer segmentation and product positioning.
Experience in the AI industry particularly in areas like natural language processing computer vision or recommendation systems will be a plus.

Required Skills/Experience Experience as a Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Leadership skills, or experience as a team leader, coordinator, and/or manager. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
