Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud s suite of tools to drive personalized datadriven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including email SMS social and web.
  
• Design and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
  
• Utilize Contact Builder and Data Extensions to segment and manage customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
  
• Build dynamic and personalized content using Content Builder ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems and other thirdparty platforms to ensure seamless data flow and customer experience.
  
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR CANSPAM) and best practices for data privacy and security.
  
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Content Builder and Contact Builder.
  
• Experience with data segmentation SQL and managing customer data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  
• Proven experience in setting up and managing automated marketing campaigns.
  
• Ability to create and manage dynamic personalized content for different customer segments.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and optimize campaigns.
  
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (e.g. CRM ERP) using APIs and connectors.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
