Job Description
Discovery and Assessment:
- Identify and define targeted audience segments relevant to the project.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to validate needs, challenges, and assess current capabilities.
- Analyze existing processes, products, and systems to identify pain points and gaps.
- Prioritize areas for improvement based on discovery findings.
Strategy and Roadmap Development:
- Facilitate ideation sessions to explore and prioritize potential ideas and concepts.
- Develop and present initial concepts and strategic frameworks for immersive experiences.
- Outline service design and operational blueprints, focusing on key interactions and workflows.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap for phased implementation and potential digital transformation initiatives.
