About the Client


An IT services company with global presence in US UK APAC and India. With 3500 headcount and a revenue size of 6070 million USD the company provides digital engineering solutions with expertise in Application Engineering Cloud engineering Data and Analytics Devops Digital assurance and gaming.


Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography
  • Building sales pipeline and demand generation
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth developing and executing sales strategies and leading the sales team to achieve company objectives across the Indian market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market aligned with the companys global objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities customer segments and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets revenue goals and profitability metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales team across various regions in India.
  • Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and excellence within the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
