Roles & Responsibilities:
- Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography
- Building sales pipeline and demand generation
- Responsible for driving revenue growth developing and executing sales strategies and leading the sales team to achieve company objectives across the Indian market.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market aligned with the companys global objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities customer segments and partnerships to drive growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets revenue goals and profitability metrics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales team across various regions in India.
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and excellence within the sales organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
