Location: Various locations across Nevada
Job Description: As Legal Counsel/General Counsel you will provide comprehensive legal advice to a corporation ensuring all business activities are compliant with legal standards. You will oversee legal operations manage external counsel and address a wide range of legal matters from contracts to regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance regulatory compliance and business strategy.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Manage litigation disputes and other legal proceedings involving the company.
- Oversee the company s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
- 5 years of experience in corporate law preferably in an inhouse counsel role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance compliance and business law.
- Excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
