Job Description
10 Points is looking for an experienced Special Education Teachers (Mild/Mod and Mod/Severe) for this school year 202425 who values equity and socialemotional learning and provides access to highlevel educational experiences for all students. - Create lesson plans aligned with current state and district standards which drive instruction through differentiation and culturallyresponsive teaching.
- Develop appropriate and measurable IEP goals in accordance with district and state regulations/procedures.
Requirements
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors degree is a must
- M/M or M/S or LH or SH credentials required
- 1 years of experience required as a Special Education Teacher

They will also foster professional friendships with faculty and staff, seek collaborative relationships with parents, and mentor students in the pursuit of their own flourishing. Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interpret results to support student learning. Participate in IEP meetings, MTSS meetings, and other staff or department meetings. Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services to students in individual or group settings, per IEP requirements. Create goals and objectives for students to work toward and identify areas of progress and challenges. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to design and implement appropriate interventions and accommodations for students. Maintain student records and submit information/records, including student progress, as needed to support students and adhere to IEP regulations.
