The Role
Source and place top talent with leading companies.
Utilize various methodologies to identify highcaliber candidates.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates.
Network headhunt and manage databases to resource new candidates.
Develop skills to become a fullcycle (360) Recruitment Consultant.
Build and foster client relationships through cold calling networking and lead generation.
Advertise roles according to specific client needs.
Prepare candidates for interviews.
Stay updated on clients specific requirements.
Provide feedback to candidates postinterview.
Additional Information:
We use a worldclass Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
All operations are cloudbased (emails storage etc.).
We prioritize results over rigid processes.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Must have between 1 to 2 years of experience in agency/recruitment consulting.
Must have experience with cloudbased solutions.
Must be disciplined in database management.
Flexibility is key this is not a typical 95 role and requires adapting to client needs.
Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Understanding of the sales process (Recruitment is a dual sales process: selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients).
Must be highly techsavvy as technology is integral to our business.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Must be highly detailoriented.
