Accounts Receivable Manager Cebu Based

• Oversee Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers and clients
  
• Manage AR Team: Lead train and support the accounts recievable team.
  
• Collections: Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding payments ensuring timely receipt
  
• Customer Relations: Maintain and manage relationships with customers to resolve billing issues and disputes.
  
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports such as aging summaries and cash flow projections.
  
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable records with the general ledger.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the AR process for better efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accounting and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  
• 710 years if total experience in Accounting
  
• Minimum of 35 years work experience as a Manager
  
• 5 years solid experience in Accounts Receiveble management
  
• Advanced Excel
  
• Strong background in finance and business.
