What you can expect:

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for mechanical systems, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects,and Contractors to incorporate mechanical systems into BIM models and ensure clash-free designs.
• Offer guidance, training, and support in the effective use of BIM software and tools to junior engineers.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and resolve BIM-related issues or conflicts.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, fostering collaboration and interdisciplinary problem-solving.
• Stay up to date on the latest BIM Technologies and best practices.

What you ll need to succeed in this role:

• At Least 5 years experience working with BIM Software including REVIT within a Building Service Consultancy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction.
• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
