Position: Privacy Specialist Content Moderation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and process incoming privacy requests using online
  tools.
• Evaluate the validity of each request in accordance with our
  clients policies.
• Continuously educate yourself on changes to policies and
  protocols with support from our Training and Quality
  Departments.
• Work closely with the clients policy specialists to address
  cases and regulatory inquiries using the clients response
  framework.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.
• Achieve weekly productivity targets as part of your daily
  workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on various
  projects to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop skills in various areas including data analysis tool
  usage and quality assessment.
• Provide support for different workflows products and
  markets as needed based on business requirements.
• Primarily support the market and workflow for which you
  were hired but also provide support to the English market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Greek and English (C1)
• At least 6 months experience in Content moderation roles will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  
• Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
• Resourceful and stressresilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
