Honda Bank GmbH (Honda Financial Services) as part of Honda Motor Europe Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is located in Frankfurt/ Main. Since 2007 we also offer financial services for automobiles and motorcycles in Spain. Currently approx. 80 associates in Frankfurt/ Main and approx. 40 associates in Barcelona/ Spain take care of the steadily growing number of financed vehicles and leasing contracts.

In 2022 Honda Bank operates the financial services business in 15 European countries through cooperation partners.

Tasks

• Responsible for achieving all revenue and profit targets in the responsible cooperation markets (CM)
• Negotiation of tender documents with partner banks insurance companies and other companies
• Main reference partner for the cooperation business in responsible markets
• Establishment of a sales CRM and business strategy for the responsible market
• Visit dealers regularly to follow up sales initiatives
• Monitoring of sales reporting/reporting to senior management
• Manage and monitor ongoing relationships with Honda branches in collaborative markets
• Meet customers financial business requirements and support Honda branches to increase sales
• Hold regular meetings with all stakeholders
• Negotiate products programs marketing/sales presence CRM approach (including CRM statistics and analysis) and rates
• Conduct and oversee pricing analysis for collaborative markets and benchmark against other companies
• Provide high level training to dealers vendors administrative and service personnel
• Ensure adequate and regular reporting of business performance and derive conclusions and countermeasures to meet and exceed targets
• Ad hoc projects/ project management

Requirements

• University degree e.g. business or economics
• At least 35 years of experience in financial services business
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong enthusiasm drive and selfmotivation
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Negotiation skills and good communication skills
• Fluent language skills (English German and preferably another Western European language)
