Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in a hospital setting ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.
Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Perform floor care duties including mopping vacuuming and sweeping.
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and handling of hazardous materials.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and protocols for environmental services.
• Assist with custodial tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to environmental services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
