Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging procedures such as Xrays MRI CT scans and ultrasounds
• Collaborating with other medical professionals to discuss and plan patient treatments
• Issuing clear and detailed radiology reports based on image findings
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all imaging procedures and reports
• Adhering to safety protocols and best practices in radiology
• Participating in departmental meetings conferences and training sessions
• Keeping abreast of new developments and techniques in the field of radiology
• Participating in research and academic activities
• Providing expert consultation to referring physicians
• Supervising and training radiology technologists and support staff

• Assisting in the development of radiology protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree(MBBS) and specialization in Radiology from a recognized institution
• Registration with the state medical council
• Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Radiologist
• Expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and interpretation
• Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detailoriented and ability to work with precision
