Ratti Brands is an Active Beauty Company. We are looking for Sales Professionals to Market Products of our HighPerformance Skincare Brand to help Dermatologists and allied doctors treat their patients and improve their patient outcome.
About Ratti & Melblok
Ratti Brands Pvt Ltd is a New York & New Delhibased beauty company that makes highperformance products to help solve fundamental beauty concerns. Our Performance Skincare brand Melblok makes Restorative Skin Care Powered by Science . Melbloks products are highperformance problemsolving and both effective and safe. We use bioappropriate clean ingredients and materials that are allnatural sustainable and biodegradable.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products within the dermatology sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Continuously assess market trends competitor activities and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry conferences events and exhibitions to promote the organizations products and services.
  • Manage and report sales activities results and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations policies and procedures within the Derma Sector.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry.
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of dermatological products treatments and procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
