REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)
(The company is a global brand that manufactures adhesives sealants waterproofing repairs maintenance & building products which are formulated with worldclass German polymers & technology)

  • Location Mumbai
  • Qualification Any Graduates
  • Experience Above 10 years
  • Salary 10.00 LPA to 20.00 LPA(Based on Experience)

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.

Job Overview:

A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives setting sales targets developing sales plans and working to achieve revenue goals for the region. The RSM plays a crucial role in driving the company s sales strategy and ensuring the success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Team Management:Lead motivate and support a team of sales representatives.
  • Identify hiring needs select and train new salespeople.
  • Evaluate store and individual performances and provide feedback.
  • Sales Operations:Support Store Managers with daytoday store operations.
  • Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor s degree in Sales Business Administration or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the specific industry or market of the company.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • The role may require frequent travel within the assigned region.
  • The RSM will often work remotely managing a team spread across different locations.
  • Regular interaction with higher management to align regional goals with overall company objectives.
