Job Overview:
A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor s degree in Sales Business Administration or a relevant field.
