Join our team as a Field Service Technician traveling worldwide to supervise equipment installations resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

What youll be doing:

• Travel 75% of the time worldwide to supervise equipment installations and perform onsite repairs.
• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems ensuring equipment meets industry and company standards.
• Analyze performance and inspection reports making recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineering and other departments to expedite problem resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records and provide reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department.
• Troubleshoot dismantle and reassemble equipment ensuring functionality according to customer needs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure strict adherence to safety requirements.

MustHave Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training.
• Ability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and operate mobile elevating work platforms.
• Strong problemsolving skills ability to work in a fastpaced environment and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to travel extensively.
