Customer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall)

Job Description

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone email chat inperson) to address inquiries complaints or requests.

• Offerings and provide accurate information to customers including product features pricing availability and usage guidelines.

• Responsible for managing customer accounts updating information and handling accountrelated queries or modifications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field.

• Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Servicerelated areas.

• Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.

• A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.

• Customercentric / Strong customer service mindset.

Job Type

• 5 days a week rotational shift
