Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a dedicated point of contact maintaining open communication with clients throughout their travel journey.

Research top travel destinations and design custom itineraries that meet clients unique preferences.

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and tailor itineraries accordingly.

Advertise and promote exclusive travel deals across various platforms.

Stay informed on the latest travel trends and industry news.

Network with industry leaders and attend relevant travel trainings or monthly meetings.

Exercise sound judgment in balancing client preferences with budget considerations.

Participate in ongoing daily training to deepen your knowledge of travel updates news and restrictions.

Share current travel deals and perks via social media or other channels.

Complete and maintain necessary travel certifications.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of customer service experience.

Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
