Tasks

Your Commitment will include:

• Collaborate Support the project in adopting and implementing SAFe
• Assist the project manager in creating and executing the PI schedule
• Organize and lead PI Planning sessions
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to define PI objectives
• Coach stakeholders
• Help resolve obstacles and challenges faced by the teams
• Establish monitoring indicators to measure the effectiveness of SAFe initiatives
• Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize the process

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires:

• Degree in Computer Science and/or Project Management
• Mandatory SAFe Certification (SAFe Program Consultant)
• 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management
• Significant experience in leading PI planning sessions
• Proven experience in implementing SAFe methodology within organizations
• Excellent communication representation and negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Flexibility to adapt methodology to different work environments
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities and Resultsoriented
