Youll assist in the physical handling of our bicycles ensuring theyre ready for customer use while also providing basic support and assistance. This position is ideal for individuals looking for an entrylevel opportunity with no prior experience or specific language skills required.
Bicycle Handling and Setup:
Assist in the preparation and setup of bicycles for customer use.
Ensure bicycles are clean in working order and ready for distribution.
Help with the organization and inventory management of bicycles.
Basic Customer Assistance:
Greet customers and help them with basic inquiries.
Assist customers in using our products and services providing simple straightforward explanations.
Guide customers in placing or modifying orders with easytofollow instructions.
Order Support:
Help customers with the placement and pickup of their orders.
Monitor and track customer orders to ensure they are fulfilled on time.
Provide basic followup to ensure customers are satisfied with their service.
Qualifications:
Education: No formal education requirements; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience needed. Training will be provided on the job.

Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving bicycles.
