Longevity Partners GmbH is building the worlds leading longevity platform the only one that combines all trends and aspects of longevity under one roof making them accessible to everyone.

This platform will allow people to learn exchange ideas share their knowledge and meet likeminded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.

The first building block will be the 2025 Life Summit conference.

Tasks

Were looking for a highly motivated Junior Operations Manager to work directly with the founders.

Task include:

• Take on a wide(!) range of responsibilities!
• Set up processes interview and hire interns help build the webpage and social media presence support other departments coordinate with different teams manage administrative tasks etc. etc
• Help run the daytoday with the founders taking initiative and performing various tasks as needed to get the conference off the ground including logistics coordination and any other necessary activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations business development consulting or similar
• Excellent English written and spoken German is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
• High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
