Seeking an individual to perform a wide range of advanced system support duties in a support desk/application/desktop/field environment. The candidate would provide effective support for enterprise client/server desktop computer systems network systems and business applications along with providing information technology support to the clients specific applications.

Candidate should have the knowledge of:


Microsoft Operating systems including Windows 10; Windows 11 a plus
Microsoft 365 products
Imaging software and automated imaging processes
Principles and practices of customer service
Principles and practices of troubleshooting computer system hardware and software problems.
