Shift Schedule: MonFri 8a4:30p
40 hrs per week
Patient Demographics: Adults
Patient Volume: Approx. 6 per day
Via phone Clinical Video Telehealth (CVT) or VA Video Connect (VVC)
Phone Consults: Yes
% of Practice:
95% of the time direct patient care
5% administrative tasks
Office Equipment:
VA Laptop 2 monitors
Cellphone if applicable
Docking station if applicable
EMR: CPRS
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Malpractice insurance covered: Yes
Requirements:
Active unrestricted license
BLS ACLS
DEA Certificate
Physician Assistant must be Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Nurse Practitioner must be Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
