Job Responsibilities:

• Produce design plans specifications and reports in support of municipal water / wastewater infrastructure projects such as treatment plants pump stations storage facilities and transmission / distribution facilities
  

• Assist in generation and maintenance of project schedule / budget; provide updates as needed
  
• Work with and assist Project Manager with various construction administration tasks such as submittals contracts bidding etc.
  
• Provide oversight / supervision of both internal staff (EIT s drafters) and external parties (subcontractors inspectors etc.) to move project toward efficient completion
  

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Active PE state license (TX state) (Professional Engineer)
  
• At least 1yr experience in municipal water / wastewater design (drainage design preferred)
  
• Experience in generation of construction plans submittals pay applications contacts
  
• Experience in Civil 3D AutoCAD WaterCAD HECRAS HECHMS ArcGIS or related
  
• Must be highly organized detailoriented a good communicator and have the ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
