Job Description

Senior IT Analyst Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst specializing in Employee Experience Technology (EET) Engineering for a remote position with our client in the insurance industry. This role involves designing deploying and maintaining advanced technology solutions focused on enhancing productivity and collaboration within a global enduser computing environment. As a key technical lead and product steward you will leverage your expertise in cloud and virtual environments to solve complex business problems ensuring scalable secure and costeffective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver scalable secure technology solutions for enduser computing platforms that align with the global technology roadmap.
Serve as the product steward for a suite of desktop applications ensuring they remain current with the vendor s product roadmap and meet business requirements.
Act as a technical lead building validating testing and documenting solution designs and ensuring smooth operational transitions through knowledge sharing.
Develop and maintain design specifications that meet technical functional and nonfunctional requirements adhering to service definitions geographical needs and security standards.
Design and develop infrastructure solutions that improve management stability security disaster recovery and cost efficiency of the global enduser computing environment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on all technical services and solutions in line with service design standards.
Collaborate closely with client service peers engaging frequently with clients to manage expectations assess needs and customize solutions.
Work with operational support teams to analyze and report on incident and problem data with a focus on continuous improvement and capacity management.
Assist in creating new FIM/MIM rules resolve enduser tickets related to authentication issues and develop solutions to reduce ticket volume.

What you will need to succeed:

University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 8 years in the IT industry.
Expert knowledge of cloud and virtual technologies including Citrix VMware AWS AzureEntra ID and AWS Workspace.
Extensive experience with Active Directory group policy objects and federated services.
Proficiency in desktop management operating system support (Windows 10/11) and PC hardware integration.
Indepth understanding of Mobile Device Management (AirWatch Intune) and mobile operating systems (Android iOS Blackberry OS).
Familiarity with Windows Server () and Enterprise EMessaging platforms (Lotus Notes MS Exchange).
Strong scripting skills are highly desirable.
Proven troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities.
Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC) is required.
