The ideal candidate will assist in managing and maintaining our product catalogs ensuring data accuracy and supporting various operational activities. This role is perfect for proactive individuals have strong analytical skills and are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update product catalogs across various platforms.
Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency within the catalogs.
Assist in data entry data management and database maintenance.
Perform quality checks on the catalog data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Utilize advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and other tools to analyze and report on catalog data.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and process product information.
Support the team in adhoc tasks and projects related to catalog management.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel: Proficiency in using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and other advanced data manipulation tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:
