The Role

Lead Engineer is crucial for success of software engineering projects within the organization combining technical expertise with leadership and collaboration skills to drive innovation and deliver exceptional solutions.

Skills Summary:

Web Development: Handson experience with programming languages such as Java .Net Python Go C# JavaScript.

JavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency in frameworks like Angular React Vue.js and NodeJS.

BackEnd Development: Experience with microservices implementation containerization using Docker.

Databases: Expertise in Postgres MySQL Oracle etc.

NoSQL Databases: Proficiency with MongoDB Amazon DynamoDB Cassandra etc.

Cloud Services: At least 3 years of experience with cloud providers such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Additional Skills:

• Handson experience with Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with Ntier architecture (MVC) and ORM (ObjectRelational Mapping).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  
• Agile Leadership: Experience in leading Agilebased delivery teams.
  
• Certifications: AWS or Azure certification is preferred.
  

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attract and retain a diverse and highly skilled engineering team ensuring optimal utilization to maximize output.
  
• Collaborate with business sales and marketing teams to define requirements interfaces implementation approaches and scalable reusable solutions.
  
• Work closely with client engagement partners to improve client relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  
• Drive technical excellence and implement best engineering practices like design reviews continuous integration and testdriven development.
  
• Be a handson problem solver leading from the front in exploring new technology platforms.
  
• Ensure the adoption of bestinclass quality assurance techniques to deliver highquality software solutions.
  
• Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and nontechnical audiences.
  
• Efficiently manage daytoday operations and maintain clear client communication.
  
• Provide mentorship coaching and educational opportunities to software engineers fostering continuous learning and growth.
  
• Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business.
  
• Work in an interdependent structure helping unblock teams and resolve issues across business technology and other functions.
