Location: Onsite Addison IL
Schedule: Monday Friday with occasional weekends and evening events. Fulltime hours.
Salary: $40000$50000 Competitive commission plans.

The Marketing & Sales Representative will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns overseeing the client database and maintaining an active presence at local and regional events including trade shows. A successful applicant will be a high performer who takes ownership and finds value in providing superior service to our clientele.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the competitive advantage of our brands and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about an expansive range of business offerings.
- Build maintain and strengthen client relationships with interritory contacts and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth.
- Successfully convert open leads and referrals provided by internal parties.
- Drive sales growth through contact methods including but not limited to email inperson meetings and class sponsorship/education seminars.
- Travel to client and prospect sites throughout the assigned territory to network and manage accounts.
- Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting scoping of services and job estimates.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned or scheduled jobs to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure revenue goals are on target.
- Prepare business development plans based on past performance and growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activity goals.
- Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual spending plan.
- Organize events as a means of executing on set business development goals.
- Perform comparative analyses of revenue collection and activities metrics against established goals.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- The Sales Representative must be detailoriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform required.
- Strong process and results driven attitude.
- Ability to adapt and work with prospects needing a variety of services across a number of different industries.
