Youth Center Director

Responsibilities:

• Supervision scheduling and leadership development of the Youth Center staff and volunteers
  

• Oversee daytoday operations of the Youth Center as a space designed to attract and retain youth
  

• Develops maintains and nurtures relationships with youth and their families the broader Y staff and community partners
  

• Collaborate with communitybased organizations and school initiatives to enhance youth center programming
  

Requirements

• Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  

• Supervisory experience is preferred
  

• Knowledge and experience working with youth
  

• Experience working with diverse lowincome or atrisk youth
  

• Experience working with regional/local communitybased organizations and resources
