Job Description

RECRUITER (Permanent)
Our client an established organization in WNY is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who prides themselves on sourcing toptier candidates for their company.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process from recruitment to hiring
  • Work alongside hiring managers to ensure the right candidates are being targeted
  • Create job postings and post them to various sourcing outlets
  • Utilize creative sourcing tactics to broaden the candidate pool
  • Attend job fairs and colleges to represent the company and explain opportunities
  • Actively source and recruit qualified candidates for each open job and prescreen to determine their eligibility
  • Make educated recommendations to hiring managers/supervisors regarding candidates
  • Develop relationships with candidates in order to guide them through the recruitment process
  • Regularly update job boards and ATS system to track candidates through the interview process
  • Followup with hiring managers after they have completed interviews to determine if candidates will move forward in the hiring process or if new ones need to be sourced
  • Seamlessly juggle up to 30 job postings at a time
  • Draft and present offer letters to qualified candidates who have completed the interview process and been chosen for employment
  • Perform various HR tasks as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full time direct hire
  • 100% inoffice MF 8:00am3:30pm or 8:30am4:00pm
  • $24.00 $29.00 / hour depending on experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related
  • NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration preferred
  • 3 years in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office & ATS systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
