We are looking for an experienced C Development Engineer to join a global engineering and manufacturing leader in technology that does cool stuff that matters. In this role you will focus on software development for our satellite based positioning service software solutions. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems related to enabling high capacity high reliability scalability and configurability.
Your technical expertise will support our business initiatives and impact the endusers experience. You will be working in an international environment using the latest cuttingedge technologies that are the backbone of Hexagons 24/7 HxGN SmartNet correction services.
German is not necessarily required. However proficiency in English is a must.
Regarding candidates from abroad: clear preference for candidates from Switzerland and the EU region.
The application process consists of three stages:
- Teams interview with the Hiring Manager and myself.
- Technical interview with the Hiring Manager and other technical experts.
- Onsite interview.
Candidates must have
- Professional experience in software development in C17 or higher with Boost libraries and Conan package management system
- Proven experience in multithreaded applications distributed systems and networking
- very good communication skills
- Ability to program on Windows systems with the newest Visual Studio
- Passionate about software and recent innovations
