This is you

• University qualification (or equivalent) in computer science or in a related discipline
• Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning vibration compensation implementing FEM models in code)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic analytic thinking empathic
• At least eight years of professional experience in stateoftheart software development
• 35 years of leadership of highly qualified people
• Transformational leadership style
• You like to work in a dynamic and ambitious international environment appreciating different cultures
• Adequate authority: able to provide clear direction to your software team members
• Experience in modern C
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent English skills preferably German as well
