We seek a Team Lead for Controller Firmware to join an innovative and dynamic team. This role involves leading an international team of software developers coaching and developing the team and contributing to the overall system architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an international team of software developers
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential

Desired qualifications and skills:
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in modern software development
- 35 years of experience in leading highly qualified teams
- Proficiency in modern C
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface at all professional levels
- Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning vibration compensation FEM models)
