Field Collection Supervisor

The Role

• Lead and motivate a team of Field Collectors setting clear goals providing ongoing coaching and development and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the Cebu City market.
• Oversee the daily activities of your team monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members excel.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze and report on team performance identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Training Operations) to ensure a seamless collection process.
• Represent BillEase professionally in interactions with clients partners and other stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 35 years of experience in a collections supervisor or leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in achieving collections targets.
• Strong understanding of the collections industry and relevant regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate coach and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Experience working in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
• Familiarity with Cavite location is a plus; Areas to handle: Dasmarinas Bacoor Imus General Trias Tanza Silang Trece Martires Gen Mariano Alvarez
