Duhani Capital is on the lookout for a vibrant Business Development Manager to spearhead our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platforms growth in the dynamic Myanmar market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Lead the charge in expanding our trading platforms footprint within Myanmar.
• Foster and nurture relationships with highvalue clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
• Strategically drive business growth and increase market share through targeted initiatives.

Client Retention:

• Develop and execute robust strategies to retain existing clients.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by proactively engaging and supporting clients.

Marketing Strategies:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Myanmar market.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to uncover opportunities for growth.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in business Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Forex & CFDs industry with a proven track record.
• Existing client and IB list are a musthave.
• Deep understanding of the Myanmar financial markets.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Myanmar.
