Job Description

We are a leading telecommunications provider committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. Our team in Porto is expanding and were seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in supporting our growing customer base.

Position: Telecom Support Specialist (French)
Location: Porto Portugal Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts)
  • Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Summary: As a Customer Care Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support across various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to subscriptions billing technical troubleshooting and more.

Language Requirements: Native French speaker or C2 proficiency level in French

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Base Salary (x14): 930 EUR 13 020 EUR gross
  • Meal Allowance: 9 EUR per day 2 376 EUR annually
  • Performance Bonus (x12): 100 EUR (first three months then performancebased)
  • Private Medical Insurance: Provided after 4 months
  • Transportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 EUR monthly 480 EUR annually

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Incoming Calls: Assist telecom customers via inbound calls.
  • Provide Solutions: Offer personalized solutions and advice based on customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of telecommunications products/services preferred.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.
