HRAdmin Officer

The HR/Admin Officer is a critical role supporting the HR Manager in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This position ensures the smooth operation of HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Additionally the HR/Admin Officer will handle various administrative tasks to support the offices daily operations including coordinating meetings managing supplies and liaising with vendors. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the efficiency of our office operations.

Skills :

• Oversee the recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll benefits and employee relations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide support for employee development.
• Handle office administration tasks including managing office supplies equipment and facilities.

• Coordinate meetings appointments and events.
• Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and correspondence.
