Privacy Specialist Content Moderation Greek

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Privacy SpecialistContent Moderation fortheir Dublin office.

The Privacy Specialist is responsible forenforcing our clients product policies byanalyzing requests under European lawincluding those from lawyers and private
individuals by reviewing and processing privacyrequests. You will also be responsible forhandling users privacy requests acrossdifferent workflows adhering to client
guidelines which will enable you to makesound decisions. You should have a thirst for
knowledge impeccable judgment and becomfortable operating in a fastpaceddynamicenvironment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and process incoming privacy requests using onlinetools.
• Evaluate the validity of each request in accordance with ourclients policies.
• Continuously educate yourself on changes to policies andprotocols with support from our Training and QualityDepartments.
• Work closely with the clients policy specialists to addresscases and regulatory inquiries using the clients responseframework.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.
• Achieve weekly productivity targets as part of your dailyworkflow.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on variousprojects to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop skills in various areas including data analysis toolusage and quality assessment.
• Provide support for different workflows products andmarkets as needed based on business requirements.
• Primarily support the market and workflow for which youwere hired but also provide support to the English market.
• Support other markets and workflows using the TranslationTool as necessary due to business changes or volumefluctuations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Greek and English (C1)
• At least 6 months experience in Content moderationroles will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  
• Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
• Resourceful and stressresilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time.
