David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a PPM for online video sharing and social media platforms fortheir Lisbon office.In this role you will partner with an assignedportfolio of content creators in order to maintainand improve content creators engagement withthe platform. The goal is to help partners get themost out of their channel and you have the opportunity of having a significant impact ontheir business. It is a targetdriven environmentwhere you will work towards individual targetsas well as be part of a larger team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel;
• Responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of varioustools and features;
• Detect and understand the customers needs and objectives;
• Knowledge on key platform features in order to connect the customers needs tothese features;
• Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls emailand phone calls;
• Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities andfollow up with the content creators over several months.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Turkish and English (C1)
• Responsible for evaluating online social media web page content and advertising content while adhering to evolving criteria and specifications.
• Generate structured intelligence reports using information provided by the team or other relevant sources with the objective of providing comprehensiveinsight and visibility to stakeholders.
