Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven professional to join our team in designing the communities where we live work and play. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office and a strong work ethic.

As a Project Manager you’ll manage and develop innovative projects including site layouts grading utilities landscaping and infrastructure. You'll handle regulatory approvals and permits and must have experience with PADEP PennDOT and local ordinances. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and a PE or RLA license in Pennsylvania are required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
5 years of relevant experience.
PE or RLA license or working towards it.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
