Bragi changed the audio world in 2015 with the launch of The Dash the worlds first truly wireless headphone (yes a whole 12 months before the Airpods...)

Back then we changed the fundamental way people interacted with headphones now we are changing the way people get value from their headphones.

To do this we have developed an OS an App Store and unique Apps for Headphones. We cant give you all the details here but would love to talk to you more about it. One thing is for sure our Scrum teams will be right in the spotlight. Therefore we are looking to recruit a Product Owner who can join our international team

Tasks

• Lead and motivate your team successfully owning the product from first ideas to the delivery
• Ensuring that there is always an offer to the customer external as well as internal
• Collaborate with the Product Manager who creates the roadmap and sets the business priorities
• Develop the plans based on prioritization milestones and capacity planning
• Take ownership of the features and deliveries of your scrum team operating in a scaled agile environment with multiple teams and handle crossteam dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery together with your fellow POs
• Track progress assess risks and suggest mitigations using the agile framework and relevant tooling

Requirements

• 8 years of handson experience in delivering complex enterpriselevel software as a Product Owner or Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of meeting customer needs in time and quality
• Coming from an Embedded IoT Wearable Audio industry or a comparable business area
• Background in SW development solid understanding of Agile principles and proven strong methodological experience. Embedded experience is a big plus
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to lead 910 member crossfunctional teams and peers with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable taking decisions and working autonomously in a remote environment

Nice to have:

• Background in AI Machine Learning or related fields
• If you have worked in a startup being a (failed or successful) entrepreneur or have a sidehustle we are even more excited to meet you
