Travel Consultant German Speaking

As a Travel Consultant youll assist clients with booking and managing their business travel ensuring a smooth and efficient experience through expert advice and strong communication.

Location: Sofia or Varna Bulgari

• Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent (with a 6month probation period)

Salary and Bonuses:

• Salary:

• German Market: 3500 BGN gross/month (up toBGN gross for strong candidates in the day shift)

Base salary for late Shifts : 3600 BGN gross

Late shift adder 300 BGN gross per month
Total possible pay 4350 excluding performance bonus of (300BGN)

Training:

• Duration: Extensive 12week training on Amadeus (paid).
• Testing: Includes assessments during and after training.

Relocation Support:

• Flight Reimbursement:

• To Sofia: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months.

• Accommodation:

• Sofia: 2 weeks in a city center hotel (breakfast included).

Tasks

Customer Support: Provide business travel assistance mainly through phone communication.

• Client Interaction: Assist clients by addressing their travelrelated inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
• Tools & Skills:
• Utilize computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Organize make decisions and analyze information effectively.
• Collaborate with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

Work Schedule:

• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
• Breaks: 1hour lunch break plus two 15minute breaks.
• Holiday: 20 business days per year.

Fluency in German (B2 level).

• Working proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Experience:
• Background in travel airline or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in a customer experience center is an advantage.
• Education: High school diploma.
