- Oversee and support the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their daily duties
- Manage and monitor ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the best conditions
- Keep accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms
- Maintain budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and loss insights
