- Strong Program management
- Strong stakeholder (Business third party senior VP) management
- Should have strong communication (program reporting clear dependency reporting managing third party teams to resolve dependency)
- Should have experience to handle complex program having multi technology teams third party dependencies
- Development experience in Java (spring Boot)

- Hands on front end experience (react JS)
- Strong AWS experience ( lambda step functions glue API gateway)
- Ability to work in agile environment
- Should have good understanding of design and architecture
- Strong solution mindset
- Should be able to work with minimal support
- Should have experience in JIRA and other management tools
