Airline PAPM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Airline PAPM Consultant to lead key client engagements in the airline industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process alignment solution design and implementation within the airline sector working closely with client and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery from design to postgolive support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Phase:
   • Analyze customer business processes and identify knowledge gaps.
   • Prepare for and conduct workshops on business process alignment and ToBe process design.
   • Lead solution design ensuring clarity and alignment with industry best practices.
   • Act as an onsite lead coordinating with offshore teams and facilitating design signoff.
2. Implementation Phase:
   • Support configuration integration and functional testing.
   • Lead key customer meetings trainthetrainer sessions and data collection efforts.
   • Oversee cutover and provide postgolive support.
3. Functional Scope:
   • Focus on airline route profitability passenger and cargo business and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
   • Implement reporting data transformation and simulation capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the airline industry (route profitability passenger cargo).
• Proven success in leading business process alignment and implementation in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of PAPM systems SAC and data transformation.
• Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAPbased airline solutions or similar industryspecific software.
• Familiarity with system integration testing and change management.
