MRO Functional Consultant

We seek an experienced MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) Functional Consultant with a strong Airlines background. This role involves leading the design configuration testing and implementation of MRO solutions aligned with airline business processes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in airline profitability passenger/cargo operations and handson experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) for reporting. The consultant will coordinate between onshore and offshore teams and support full implementation and postgolive activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Phase:

• Analyze and align airline business processes with MRO solutions.
• Identify documentation gaps and prepare for design workshops.
• Lead solution design discussions and assist in preparing documentation.

Realization Phase:

• Support MRO configuration integration and functional testing.
• Engage with customers assist in testing and provide onsite golive support.

Functional Scope:

• Airline route profitability (planning/actuals)
• Passenger/cargo operations
• Reporting and simulation using SAC

Qualifications:

• 7 years in Airlines MRO functional consulting
• Expertise in airline profitability SAC and team collaboration
• Bachelors in Engineering or Business; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
