We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and help us expand our business in the US market.
Job Description:
As an International Travel Sales Consultant you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages to clients in the US. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach out to them. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Shift: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the US market and develop strategies to reach out to them
Promote and sell our travel packages to clients through various channels such as phone email and social media
Understand clients travel needs and preferences and provide customized travel solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive wordofmouth referrals
Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitors offerings to provide competitive pricing and packages
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients
Handle booking and reservation processes including flight hotel and transportation arrangements
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during their trip
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Business or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in international flight ticket sales. preferably in the US market
Strong knowledge of travel products destinations and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems
Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays as per business needs
