In this role you will be responsible for driving sales performance mentoring junior sales staff and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales target.
Lead mentor and train junior sales representatives to improve performance and meet targets.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
Negotiate and close deals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports & forecasts
At least 5 years of proven experience small home appliance sales.
Candidates with an established network of dealers or customers and strong existing relationships will have a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
