Our client is a raising Startup in SEA who is searching candidate to join their firm:

• Track the success of the vertical business and understand its operations thoroughly. Collaborate with different departments to improve performance and growth. Identify problems early find solutions or suggest ideas to maintain the verticals performance according to goals and align with the companys overall strategy.
  

• Identify possibilities to offer new services products features or rules to improve and expand the vertical business.
  

• Oversee all aspects of introducing new sub products within the product line.
  

• Collaborate with key business departments such as marketing supply chain pricing and product management to make sure the vertical business performs well.
  

• Collaborate with different departments within the company and external partners to solve problems that arise in the vertical.
  

• Report serious issues to toplevel executives and suggest strategies to address them.
  

• Create and oversee the financial plan for the vertical including budgeting tracking and implementing actions.
  

• Lead the food team and report directly to the companys CEO. Be responsible for providing information about the teams performance ensuring projects are completed successfully and keeping the CEO updated on important tasks.
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience in managing a business or specific department.
  

• Experience working in the food delivery industry or a similar field.
  

• Experience as a leader responsible for the profitability of a product line and has launched new products.
  

• Quickly understand market trends customer behavior and potential opportunities in different locations and product categories.
  

• Skilled at analyzing data understanding financial information and creating financial plans.
  

• Very good at working with different teams bringing people together and completing tasks on time.
  

• Has a deep understanding of local culture consumer behavior and has connections for information and research.
  

• Has strong relationships with partners and experience in creating complex products that involve working with multiple local partners and coordinating with different people.
  

• A driven and motivated person who takes action initiative and is responsible for their work learns new things quickly.
